Road test the vehicle in order to verify the customer concern.

Important: It may be necessary to compare the results of the road test to a similar vehicle that is operating properly.

1. Inspect the vehicle trim height. Refer to Trim Height Inspection .
2. Repair as necessary.

Are any of the components worn or damaged?
