Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front seat inboard finish panel. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement in Seats.

    2. Object Number: 620551 Size: SH
  2. Remove the nut (2) securing the buckle side belt (1) from the seat cushion frame.
  3. Remove the buckle side belt from the seat.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 620551 Size: SH
  1. Install the buckle side belt (1) to the seat.

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the nut (2) securing the buckle side belt to the seat cushion frame.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the front seat buckle side belt nut to 53 N·m (39 lb ft).

  3. Install the front seat inboard finish panel. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement in Seats.
