THIS BULLETIN SUPERSEDES AND REPLACES GM OF CANADA BULLETIN 305001. THIS BULLETIN IS BEING REVISED TO CLARIFY THE WORDING OF THE ORIGINAL BULLETIN TO AVOID MISINTERPRETATION.
