MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR RETURN PROGRAM

1985-88 3.0L (VIN CODE L), 1985-88 2.8L (VIN CODE W), 1984-88 3.8L (VIN CODE 3), 1986 3.8L (VIN CODE B)

It is requested that all 1984-88 defective mass air flow sensors covered under warranty be returned to A/C Spark Plug until September 1, 1988. This return program will allow A/C Spark Plug to analyze and evaluate each of the returned sensors.

- The return program runs until September 1, 1988. Do not return sensors after this date.

- Return only A/C Spark Plug sensors. The lefters "A/C" are stamped on each sensor.

- A copy of each repair order must be packaged protectively with the sensors.

- Use this return address so that the sensors will reach the correct location.

- Ship prepaid via UPS -- DO NOT SEND BY AIR.

- Freight reimbursement is to be included in the sublet column of the warranty claim whenever replacing a mass air flow sensor. Use Labor Operation J5670.
