Rear Compartment Lid Applique Replacement Oldsmobile

1. Remove the nuts (3) that retain the applique (1) to the rear compartment lid (5).
2. Using a flat-bladed tool, gently pry between the rear compartment lid (5) and the applique (1) in order to release the retainers (2).
3. Remove the applique (1) from the vehicle.
4. Inspect the applique for broken retainers (2) or studs (4). Replace the applique as necessary.

1. Install the applique (1) to the vehicle.
2. Press the applique to the rear compartment lid (5) in order to engage the retainers (2) and the studs (4).
3. Install the nuts (3) in order to retain the applique.
