Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 323133 Size: SH

    Caution: When working with any type of glass or sheet metal with exposed or rough edges, wear approved safety glasses and gloves in order to reduce the chance of personal injury.

  1. Lower the glass 3 cm (1 in).
  2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the inner and the outer sealing strips.
  5. Loosen the front channel assembly bolts.
  6. Remove the sash fasteners (2).
  7. Remove the window (1) from the outboard side of the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 323133 Size: SH

  1. Install the window (1) from the outboard side of the door.
  2. Install the sash fasteners (2).
  3. Install the inner and the outer sealing strips.
  4. Adjust the window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Adjustment .
  5. Tighten the front channel assembly upper bolts.
  6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  7. Install the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
