Did you perform the Memory Mirror System Check?

Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

1. Disconnect the memory seat/mirror module connector C1.
2. Measure the voltage to ground from the memory seat/mirror module connector C1 terminal A.

Does the voltage measure within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 5

Measure the voltage between the memory seat/mirror module connector C1 terminal A and terminal B.

Does the voltage measure within the specified range?

10-15 V

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 6

Replace the memory seat/mirror module.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

Repair the open or short to ground in CKT 1340 (ORN).

Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

Repair the open in CKT 1250 (BLK).

Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?
