- If the engine cranks but will not run or immediately stalls, refer to Powertrain On Board Diagnostic (OBD) System Check in Engine Controls -- 3.8L in order to determine if the failure is in the ignition system or the fuel system.
- If any DTCs are set for the electronic ignition, refer to Powertrain On Board Diagnostic (OBD) System Check in Engine Controls -- 3.8L.
- If a misfire is being experienced, refer to Powertrain On Board Diagnostic (OBD) System Check in Engine Controls -- 3.8L.
