MODIFICATION TO SUPPLEMENTAL INFLATABLE RESTRAINT (SIR) SERVICE TESTER J 36884

1988-89 EIGHTY-EIGHT ROYALE AND NINETY-EIGHT REGENCY

Due to a change in the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) power supply for 1989 and the 1988 service replacement power supply, a modification of the tester J 36884 is required. To have your tester updated at NO CHARGE, it will be necessary to return it to Kent-Moore for modification using the attached address label. A second label is provided for installation on your S I R tester case.

IMPORTANT: The dealer address information must be completed on the second label to insure proper identification of the tester during handling. The second label should be installed on the tester case to assure return of the tester to the proper dealership.

Return the tester to Kent-Moore by December 31, 1988 and allow 3-4 weeks for return. Dealers that do not return testers for modification will be shipped a new updated tester and billed accordingly.

Testers should be shipped to Kent-Moore prepaid and insured. Kent-Moore will pay return shipping.
