FRNT SEAT SHOULDER BLT COMFORT (REPL. RETRACTOR AND BELT)

SUBJECT: FRONT SEAT SHOULDER BELT COMFORT (REPLACE RETRACTOR AND BELT)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1991-92 "A" MODEL

APPLICATION:

----------- 1991-92 Buick and Oldsmobile "A" Front Shoulder Belt

CONDITION:

--------- Some owners of 1991-92 Buick and Oldsmobile "A" cars may comment that they feel the front seat shoulder belt is uncomfortable.

CORRECTION:

---------- Replace the 1991-92 retractor and belt with a 1993 type which has been released for service. Part numbers and colours are listed below. Each kit includes the appropriate guideloop nut which must be used for this installation.

Recommended tool for guide loop nut removal is a 15 mm 6 point socket.

These kits are to be used only to service owners who have commented about the comfort of their original belt system.
