MANUAL UPDATE-DRIVEABILITY EMISS./#2 COOLANT FAN CONTROL

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1989 "A" 3300 (VIN N)

This bulletin is to update the Circuit Description of the V08 heavy duty fan option (Fan #2) in Section "6E3-C12", "Driveability And Emissions" of the 1989 Service Manual for "A" cars equipped with a 3300 (VIN N) engine.

Fan #2 (heavy duty) is controlled by coolant temperature only. It is calibrated to turn "ON" when the coolant temperature reaches approximately 106 DEG C (223 DEG F) and "OFF" at approximately 102 DEG C (216 DEG F).
