Rear Side Door Window Switch Replacement Pontiac

1. With a flat-bladed tool push in and lift up to release the front retaining clip for the accessory switch plate (1).
2. Remove the accessory switch plate (1) from the door trim panel
3. Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the power window switch (3).
4. Release the power window switch retaining tabs.
5. Remove the power window switch (3) from the accessory switch plate (1).

1. Install the power window switch (3) to the accessory switch plate (1).
2. Press the power window switch (3) into the accessory switch plate (1) until retaining tabs are engaged.
3. Connect the electrical connector (2) to the power window switch (3).
4. Install the accessory switch plate (1) to the door trim panel.

Press the accessory switch plate (1) into the door trim panel until retaining clips are engaged.

Rear Side Door Window Switch Replacement Oldsmobile

1. Remove the lower pull cup from the door trim panel. Refer to Armrest Pull Cup Replacement .
2. With a flat-bladed tool, push in to disengage the retaining clips for the accessory switch plate.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the power window switch .
4. Release the power window switch retainers.
5. Remove the power window switch from the accessory switch plate.

1. Install the power window switch to the accessory switch plate.
2. Press the power window switch into the accessory switch plate until retaining tabs are engaged.
3. Connect the electrical connector to the power window switch .
4. Install the switch plate to the door trim panel. Press the switch plate into the trim panel until retaining clips are fully engaged.
5. Install the lower pull cup to the door trim panel. Refer to Armrest Pull Cup Replacement .
