Preliminary Procedure Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle. Remove the tires and wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation. Remove the stabilizer shaft bushings and clamps. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Insulator Replacement
1	Stabilizer Shaft Procedure Separate the stabilizer shaft from the stabilizer shaft link. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement. Tip When removing the stabilizer shaft, it maybe necessary to rotate the stabilizer shaft down to clear the outer tie rod end and wheel drive shaft.

Procedure

Separate the stabilizer shaft from the stabilizer shaft link. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement.

Tip
When removing the stabilizer shaft, it maybe necessary to rotate the stabilizer shaft down to clear the outer tie rod end and wheel drive shaft.
