Tools Required
    • J 25033-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Installer
    • J 25034-C Power Steering Pump Pulley Remover

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement for the 2.9L engine or Drive Belt Replacement for the 3.7L engine.

    2. Object Number: 649303 Size: SH
  2. Remove the power steering pump pulley using J 25034-C .

    3. Object Number: 1201377 Size: SH
  3. Remove the pulley from the pump shaft.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1201377 Size: SH
  1. Install the power steering pump pulley to the end of the power steering pump shaft.

    2. Object Number: 643361 Size: SH
  2. Install the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump using J 25033-C .

    3. Object Number: 245012 Size: SH
  3. Install the power steering pump pulley (1) flush against the end of the power steering pump shaft  (2), with an allowable variance of 0.25 mm (0.010 in).
  4. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement for the 2.9L engine or Drive Belt Replacement for the 3.7L engine.
