Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2009 🢒 Ascender - 2WD 🢒 Safety and Security 🢒 Seat Belts 🢒 Rear Seat Belt Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear seat belt upper guide shoulder bolt.
  2. Remove the rear quarter upper trim, left or right side. Refer to Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
  3. Remove the lower seat belt anchor bolt cover.
  4. Remove the rear seat belt floor anchor bolt.
  5. Remove the rear quarter lower trim, left or right side. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side , or Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.

    6. Object Number: 744914 Size: SH
  6. Remove the bolt that retains the rear seat belt retractor assembly to the body.
  7. Remove the rear seat belt retractor assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 744914 Size: SH
  1. Position the rear seat belt retractor assembly to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts which retain the rear seat belt retractor assembly to the body.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt retractor bolts to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear quarter lower trim, left or right side. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side , or Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
  4. Install the rear seat belt floor anchor bolt. Ensure the seat belt webbing is not twisted.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt floor anchor bolt to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  5. Install the anchor bolt cover.
  6. Install the rear quarter upper trim, left or right side. Refer to Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
  7. Install the rear seat belt upper guide with the bolt. Ensure the seat belt webbing is not twisted.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt upper guide bolt to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).
