Front Fender Center Molding Replacement CSV SWBHSV VXR8

Removal Procedure

    Important: The front wheelhouse liner requires removal to access the fender vent.

  1. Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2005918 Size: SH

    Important: Push the fender vent assembly forward to disengage the rear retaining clips  (1).

  2. Disengage the fender vent assembly (2) to fender (3) rear retaining clips (1).

    3. Object Number: 2005920 Size: SH

    Important: Tilt the rear edge outwards and disengage the fender vent assembly front retaining clips  (1).

  3. Remove the fender vent assembly (2) from the fender (3).
  4. Disconnect the side indicator lamp electrical connector and remove the fender vent assembly.
  5. Remove the side indicator lamp. Refer to Repeater Lamp Replacement.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the side indicator lamp. Refer to Repeater Lamp Replacement.
  2. Connect the side indicator lamp electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 2005920 Size: SH

    Important: Tilt the rear edge outwards and engage the fender vent assembly front retaining clips  (1).

  3. Position the fender vent assembly (2) to the fender (3).

    4. Object Number: 2005918 Size: SH

    Important: Push the rear of the fender vent assembly inwards to engage the rear clips  (1).

  4. Install the fender vent assembly (2) to the fender (3).
  5. Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
