Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the Instrument Panel Centre Trim Panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1958734 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the auxiliary mode door actuator electrical connector (3).
  3. Remove the auxiliary mode door actuator to HVAC module assembly retaining screws (2).
  4. Remove the auxiliary mode door actuator (3) from the HVAC module assembly (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1958740 Size: SH
  1. Align the actuator drive gear (1) with the door shaft spline (2).

    2. Object Number: 1958734 Size: SH
  2. Install the auxiliary mode door actuator (3) to the HVAC module assembly (4)..

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the auxiliary mode door actuator to HVAC module assembly retaining screws (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 1.2 N·m (9 lb ft).

  4. Connect the auxiliary mode door actuator electrical connector (3).
  5. Install the Instrument Panel Centre Trim Panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.
  6. Perform HVAC system relearn. Refer to HVAC Control Module Programming and Setup.
