Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in the Preface section.

    Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  3. Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 1936721 Size: SH
  4. Remove the cowl drain valve (1) by prying away from the inner wheelhouse.
  5. Remove the cowl drain valve from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1936721 Size: SH
  1. Install the cowl drain valve (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the cowl drain valve by applying pressure to the inner wheelhouse.
  3. Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
  4. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
