Removal Procedure - Left Side
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Remove the left front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Remove the splash guard (2) from the wheel house (3).
Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.
Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in the Preface section.
Caution: Refer to Brake Dust Caution in the Preface section.
Important: Depress the splash guard clips (1) to disengage the splash guard (2) from the wheel house (3).
Installation Procedure - Left Side
- Install the splash guard (2) to the wheel house (3).
- Install the left front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Lower the vehicle to the ground.
Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.
Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in the Preface section.
Caution: Refer to Brake Dust Caution in the Preface section.
Important: Make sure the splash guard clips (1) are correctly engaged with the wheel house (3) to prevent an induced rattle condition.

- Remove the right front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Remove the splash guard (1) from the wheel house (3).
