Removal Procedure (Up to 01 Jan 2008)
- Open the front and rear door.
- Using a suitable tool carefully remove the sill name plate(s) (2).
Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.
Important: Disengage the sill name plate(s) retaining clips (1), starting from either end of the sill name plate(s) (2).
Important: When removing the sill name plate(s), make sure the retaining clips (1) are retained in the sill name plate(s).
Installation Procedure (Up to 01 Jan 2008)
- Carefully align the rear side door sill name plate retaining clips (1) with the body locating holes.
- Install the rear side door sill name plate(s), by firmly pushing down on the sill plate(s). Listen for an audible click to confirm fitting.
Important: Before installing rear side door sill name plate(s) (2), make sure all retaining clips (1) are not damaged, if damaged replace as necessary.
Important: Make sure the lip of the weatherstrip sits over the sill plate.
