For 1990-2009 cars only
- Install the outer race of the torque converter housing side.
- Install the bearing shim.
- Install the outer race of the transaxle housing side.
Important: Heat the bearing seats well and insert the bearing outer rings with the shim into the transaxle housing for both the differential and the side shaft.
