Makes 🢒 Holden 🢒 2008 🢒 VE Ute 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Bolted Exterior Body Panels and Closures 🢒 Front Door Opening Weatherstrip Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the sill trim panel. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement.
  2. Remove the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement.
  3. Remove the trim panel - upper centre pillar, on both sides. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
  4. Remove the body hinge pillar trim assembly on both sides. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement.
  5. Remove the windshield side garnish, on both sides. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement.

    6. Object Number: 2025384 Size: SH
  6. Starting from the centre sill point (2) carefully remove the door weatherstrip (3) from the body panel door opening (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2025384 Size: SH

    Important: Make sure the lip of the weatherstrip sits over the trim panels.

    Important: Make sure the weatherstrip does not short cut the corners and foul the door trim.

  1. Starting at the centre sill point (2) install the door weatherstrip (3) to the body panel door opening (1).
  2. Install the windshield side garnish, on both sides. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding ReplacementWindshield Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Install the body hinge pillar trim assembly on both sides. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel ReplacementBody Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Install the trim panel - upper centre pillar, on both sides. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel ReplacementCenter Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Install the centre pillar lower trim. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel ReplacementCenter Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  6. Install the sill trim panel. Refer to Door Sill Plate ReplacementDoor Sill Plate Replacement in Interior Trim.
