Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1863922 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.

    2. Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  3. Disconnect the diesel particulate filter (DPF) pressure hoses.
  4. Disconnect the DPF pressure sensor connector.
  5. Remove the DPF pressure sensor bracket bolt.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1863922 Size: SH
  1. Install the DPF pressure sensor bracket bolt.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the DPF pressure sensor bracket bolt to 10 N·m (88.5 lb in).

  2. Connect the DPF pressure sensor connector.
  3. Connect the DPF pressure hoses.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
