Instrument Cluster Replacement C105/Short Body

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
2. Remove the steering column cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .



3. Remove the instrument cluster trim panel.

Important: Perform the SPO reprogramming when instrument cluster replaced.

4. Remove the screws and the instrument cluster.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Connect the electrical connectors.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




2. Install the instrument cluster with the screws.

Tighten
Tighten the instrument cluster screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

3. Install the instrument cluster trim panel.
4. Install the steering column cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

Instrument Cluster Replacement C100/Long Body

1. Remove the steering column covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
2. Remove the headlamp leveling control switch. Refer to Headlamp Leveling Switch Replacement .
3. Remove the left I/P center trim panel.
4. Remove the screw and the I/P center molding.



5. Remove the screws and the instrument cluster bezel.




Important: Perform the SPO reprogramming when instrument cluster replaced.

6. Remove the screws and the instrument cluster.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the instrument cluster with the screws.

Tighten
Tighten the instrument cluster screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).




2. Install the instrument cluster trim panel.

Tighten
Tighten the instrument cluster bezel screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).




3. Install the I/P center molding with the screws.
4. Install the left I/P center trim panel.
5. Install the headlamp leveling control switch. Refer to Headlamp Leveling Switch Replacement .
6. Install the steering column covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
