Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1547652 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate. Refer to Accessory Trim Plate, Driver Information Display Switch Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the HVAC control module bolts/screws.
  3. Pull the HVAC control module straight out from the I/P.
  4. Disconnect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1547652 Size: SH
  1. Connect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.
  2. Install the HVAC control module into the I/P opening.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the HVAC control module bolts/screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts/screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  4. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to Accessory Trim Plate, Driver Information Display Switch Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  5. Re-calibrate the actuators. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .
  6. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
