The following materials may damage vehicle finishes if left on painted surfaces:

| • | Ice melting agents |
| • | Road oil and tar |
| • | Tree sap |
| • | Bird droppings |
| • | Chemicals from industrial chimneys |
Use cleaners that are marked safe for painted surfaces for removal of these materials.
