Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2003 🢒 Rendezvous - FWD 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Wipers/Washer Systems 🢒 Rear Washer Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right closeout/insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the right cowl trim panel. Refer to Cowl Side Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the right lower center pillar molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the right rear lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

    5. Object Number: 755860 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the rear washer hose from the rear washer pump.
  6. Remove the rear washer hose end out through the opening under the right side of the instrument panel.

    7. Object Number: 756256 Size: SH
  7. Remove the tape that secures the rear washer hose to the right sill area.

    8. Object Number: 755877 Size: SH
  8. Remove the tape that secures the rear washer hose to the right rear quarter panel area.
  9. Remove the rear washer nozzle. Refer to Rear Window Washer Nozzle Replacement .

    10. Object Number: 755878 Size: SH
  10. Pull the rear washer hose end out through the liftgate rubber conduit.
  11. Pull the rear edge of the headliner down to gain access to the rear washer hose.
  12. Remove the rear washer hose from inside of the rear roof panel.
  13. Remove the rear washer hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the rear washer hose to the inner right side of the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 755878 Size: SH
  2. Route the rear washer hose through the inside of the rear roof panel.
  3. Route the rear washer hose through the liftgate rubber conduit.
  4. Install the rear washer nozzle. Refer to Rear Window Washer Nozzle Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 755877 Size: SH
  5. Position the rear washer hose to the right rear quarter panel area and secure with tape.

    6. Object Number: 756256 Size: SH
  6. Position the rear washer hose to the right sill area and secure with tape.

    7. Object Number: 755860 Size: SH
  7. Install the rear washer hose through the opening in the right side of the instrument panel.
  8. Connect the rear washer hose to the rear washer pump.
  9. Install the right rear lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  10. Install the right lower center pillar molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  11. Install the right cowl trim panel. Refer to Cowl Side Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  12. Install the right closeout/insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
