Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 621902 Size: SH
  1. Open the endgate.
  2. Remove the endgate trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the endgate water deflector. Refer to Endgate Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the endgate lock cylinder.
  5. Disconnect the endgate lock cylinder wiring harness from the endgate inner panel.

    6. Object Number: 621888 Size: SH
  6. Remove the endgate lock cylinder retainer from the lock cylinder.
  7. Remove the endgate lock cylinder from the endgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 621888 Size: SH
  1. Install the endgate lock cylinder to the endgate.
  2. Install the endgate lock cylinder retainer to the lock cylinder, pressing into place until fully seated.
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the endgate lock cylinder.
  4. Connect the endgate lock cylinder wiring harness to the endgate inner panel.
  5. Install the endgate water deflector. Refer to Endgate Water Deflector Replacement .
  6. Install the endgate trim panel. Refer to Endgate Trim Panel Replacement .
  7. Close the endgate.
