Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 624583 Size: SH
  3. Remove the center of the rivets using a center punch.

    4. Object Number: 624584 Size: SH
  4. Drill out the rivet from the rear inside door handle using a 6.35 mm (1/4 in) drill bit.

    5. Object Number: 624586 Size: SH
  5. Remove the rear inside door handle from the rear door inner panel.
  6. Remove the lock rod and door handle rod from the rear inside door handle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 624586 Size: SH
  1. Install the lock rod and the door handle rod to the rear inside door handle.
  2. Install the rear inside door handle by inserting the tabs into the rear door inner panel slots.

    3. Object Number: 624581 Size: SH
  3. Install the rivet to the rear inside door handle.
  4. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
