Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 624542 Size: SH
  3. Remove the center of the rivets using a center punch.

    4. Object Number: 624544 Size: SH
  4. Drill out the rivet from the front inside door handle using a 6.35 mm (1/4 in) drill bit.

    5. Object Number: 624556 Size: SH
  5. Remove the front inside door handle from the front door inner panel.
  6. Remove the lock rod and door handle rod from the front inside door handle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 624556 Size: SH
  1. Install the front inside door handle by inserting the tabs into the rear door inner panel slots.
  2. Install the lock rod and the door handle rod to the front inside door handle.

    3. Object Number: 624569 Size: SH
  3. Install the rivet to the front inside door handle.
  4. Install the water deflector to the front inside door handle. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
