Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 626875  Size: SH
  1. Remove the armrest bolt trim cap using a small flat-bladed tool.

  2. Object Number: 626879  Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolt from the armrest.
  4. Remove the armrest from the front bucket seat.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 626885  Size: SH
  1. Position the bolt into the mounting point of the armrest.

  2. Object Number: 626879  Size: SH
  3. Position the armrest to the front bucker seat.
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Tighten the armrest mounting bolt.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the armrest mounting bolt to 4.5 N·m (40 lb in).

    Important: Rotate the armrest bolt trim cap to a new position to allow the retainer on the cap to seat properly.

  7. Install the armrest bolt trim cap pressing into place until fully seated.
  8. Inspect the armrest for proper movement.
