Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 105887 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right engine mount strut from the right engine mount strut bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Strut Replacement - Right Side .

    2. Object Number: 190592 Size: SH
  2. Remove the cooler line bracket bolt , if equipped .
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  4. Remove the lower radiator baffle. Refer to Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors in Engine Cooling.

    5. Object Number: 277918 Size: SH
  5. Remove the air conditioning compressor mounting bolts. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
  6. Remove and set the air conditioning compressor aside.

    7. Object Number: 155767 Size: SH
  7. Remove the lower engine mount strut bracket bolt from the right engine mount strut bracket.
  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. Remove the vertical engine mount strut bracket bolt from the right engine mount strut bracket.
  10. Remove the right engine mount strut bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 155767 Size: SH
  1. Position the right engine mount strut bracket over the pin locator.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the vertical engine mount strut bracket bolt through the right engine mount strut bracket to the cylinder head.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount strut bracket bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  4. Install the engine mount strut bracket lower bolt through the right engine mount strut bracket into the cylinder block.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount strut bracket bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  5. Install the air conditioning compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
  6. Install the lower radiator baffle. Refer to Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors in Engine Cooling.
  7. Lower the vehicle.

    8. Object Number: 190592 Size: SH
  8. Install the cooler line bracket bolt, if equipped . Refer to Oil Cooler Inlet Line Replacement .

    9. Object Number: 105887 Size: SH
  9. Install the right engine mount strut to the right engine mount strut bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Strut Replacement - Right Side .
