Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the upper instrument panel (I/P) trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 295297 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 872107 Size: SH
  3. Remove the mounting screws from the recirculation actuator.
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 872107 Size: SH
  1. Install the recirculation actuator.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the recirculation actuator mounting screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N·m (14 lb in).

  3. Connect the recirculation actuator electrical connector.
  4. Install the upper I/P trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
