Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove either the LF or RF headlamp assembly. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
2. The washer nozzle spout cover will have spring tension, care should be taken when removing the cover.
3. Carefully disconnect the washer nozzle cover from the washer nozzle spout. Use a small flat-bladed tool in order to release the cover tabs.
4. Disconnect the headlamp washer hose quick disconnect from the washer nozzle spout.

Tip
Upon reassembly of the washer nozzle, align the retainer to the back of the headlamp assembly prior to installing the screws.
