Engine Flywheel Installation Automatic Transmission


    Object Number: 1608901 Size: SH
  1. Install the flywheel.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the flywheel bolts and tighten to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

J 45059 Angle Meter

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools

  1. Install the clutch pilot bearing.
  2. Install the flywheel/pressure plate.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the flywheel/pressure plate bolts and tighten the flywheel/pressure plate bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft) plus an additional 70 degrees using the J 45059 meter .
