Removal Procedure
- Remove the fluid-level indicator from the transmission. Rotate the indicator counterclockwise to unlock, then pull the indicator straight out of the transmission.
- Inspect the O-ring seal on the indicator for nicks. Replace the seal, if damaged.
Installation Procedure
- Install the fluid-level indicator into the transmission.
- Push the indicator straight into the transmission. Rotate clockwise in order to lock.
