Torque Values and/or Fastener Tightening Strategies

There are no engine mechanical fastener tightening specification changes for 2008.

Changed Engine Specifications

There are no changes to the engine specifications for 2008.

New Sealants and/or Adhesives

There are no sealant and/or adhesive changes for 2008.

Disassembly and Assembly Procedure Revisions

There are no disassembly and assembly procedure changes for 2008.

Engine Mechanical Diagnostic Procedure Revisions

There are no revisions to the engine mechanical diagnostic procedures for 2008.

New Special Tools Required

There is a new special tool required for 2008.

A sealant applicator tool EN-48072 is being used prior to installation of the crankshaft rear oil seal.

A Component Comparison from the Previous Year

There are no component changes for 2008.
