Evaporative Emission Hoses/Pipes Replacement - Canister/Fuel Tank RPO NU6

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
2. Cut the tape (1 and 2) securing the fuel tank vent line to the fuel feed line.
3. Remove the retainer (3) from the vent and fuel feed lines.



4. Disconnect the fuel tank vent line quick connect fittings from the module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
5. Remove the fuel tank vent lines.

1. Install the fuel tank vent lines.
2. Connect the fuel tank vent line quick connect fittings to the module. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .



3. Install the retainer (3) to the vent and fuel feed lines.
4. Install tape (1 and 2) to the fuel tank vent and fuel feed line in order to secure the lines.
5. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
