Makes 🢒 Buick 🢒 2007 🢒 LaCrosse 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.6L 🢒 Oil Pump Suction Pipe and Screen Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1210963 Size: SH
  2. Remove the oil pan scraper bolts.
  3. Remove the oil pan scraper.

    4. Object Number: 1210965 Size: SH
  4. Remove the oil suction pipe bolts.
  5. Remove the oil suction pipe.

    6. Object Number: 1318091 Size: SH
  6. Remove the oil suction tube seal from the oil suction tube. Discard the oil suction tube seal.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1318091 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW oil suction tube seal onto the oil suction tube. DO NOT reuse the old oil suction tube seal.

    2. Object Number: 1210965 Size: SH
  2. Install the oil suction pipe.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the oil suction pipe bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the oil suction pipe bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the oil pan scraper.
  5. Install the oil pan scraper bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the oil pan scraper bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .
