SUBJECT: DIGITAL CLUSTER DISPLAY FLICKERS - PROCURE EXCHANGE CLUSTER

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1987-90 BUICK C AND H MODELS

CONDITION:

---------- Some vehicles equipped with digital cluster (U52) may exhibit the condition of a flickering display or a fasten seat belt telltale which may momentarily flash on during power surges. The seat belt telltale will continue to operate normally and will illuminate when required.

CORRECTION:

------------ A resistor has been changed on the display board. In order to correct the above condition, follow the normal procedure to procure an exchange cluster.
