REVISED: BORG & GENERAL CLOCKS WARRANTY REPAIR INFORMATION

NOTICE: This bulletin supersedes 83-62, file grp 90 #5 dated February '83. Please discard original bulletin and replace it with 83-62A.

The following information will be helpful to Dealers in obtaining faster clock service. The clock companies, AC, Borg and General Time, have assured us that they will provide as prompt service as possible; in most cases one day turn around time. The following information must be provided when clock is returned for repair:

1. Send to proper location for clock involved.

a. Borg Clocks (identified by sticker on clock.)

Return for service to:

b. Westclox Clocks (identified by sticker on clock.) Quartz Digital, Quartz Analog and 1982 Westclox clocks must be sent to:

General Time Corporation 404 Armor Street, West Davison, North Carolina 28036

Westclox mechanical clocks (1981 and prior years) mav be sent to the list of accounts furnished to you in bulletin 82-1-6.

Complete form ACD1078 and dttach to clock returned for repair - use special care in packaging to prevent for repair - use special care in packaging to prevent damage in transit.

2. Nature of Defect - specific information is required.

3. VIN number.

4. Delivery Date.

5. Removal Date.

6. Return address must be printed or typed.
