Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 305148 Size: SH
  2. Remove the anchor nuts securing the rear seat retainers at the bottom of the seat back.

    3. Object Number: 305149 Size: SH
  3. Grasp the bottom of the seat back and lift upward to disengage the four offsets on the upper frame bar from the hangers.
  4. Remove the seat back from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the seat back to the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 305149 Size: SH
  2. Hook the seat back upper frame to the hangers.

    3. Push down until the seat back is down to its correct position.

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the rear seat back anchor nuts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat back anchor nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement .
