Preliminary Procedures

1. Disable the supplementary inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
2. Remove the windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
3. Remove the center pillars upper trim panels. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
4. Remove the upper rear trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement .
5. Remove the rear window shelf trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement .
6. Remove the headliner assembly. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
